If the device were bought from one of our distributors, they will take the responsibility to replace a new item for you if there is not artificial damage and in warranty.
If you were bought from our official website (www.yocanonline.com), we can replace it for free if there is any problem, and give you the best after-sales service so that you can relieve your worries.

You can get your order status and order number directly at "My Account".

Once your order request has been received, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once you complete the payment, we will change your order status from on hold to on processing.

After your order been shipped, you will get a tracking number.
