Poor Service
"My Yocan Hit was shipped Oct. 15. via USPS. Then I suppose it continued on it's way to our town via UPS, though UPS does not have a depot closeby and they are a real pain to deal with. Delivery of my parcel was attempted on Oct 13 but was refused at our Post Office as they do not accept parcels from couriers. On Oct 15th I tried contacting Yocan to get my Delivery Address changed. Countless emails later and only 1 reply. It was from Service @ yocantech.com. They gave me a link to change y address but after I sent it there was no confirmation it even went. It's Oct 26th and I still am waiting for some kind of reply from these useless twits. Will never deal with them ever again as they seem to be the most uncaring company on the planet. I have decided if they haven't contacted me by Monday, Oct. 28 they can keep the vaporizer and refund my money. If it arrives after that I will not accept it. FU Yocan."
