Yocan Warranty / After-sales service

Dear Yocan users,

Thank you very much for choosing Yocan product, to effectively protect your rights, clear the responsibility and obligation that Authorized dealers and the Company should bear of repair, replacement warranty service.

Yocan understands that sometimes an electronic device can be defective and because of this, we offer an easy return process for anyone who purchases our products. Verity the product is a genuine Yocan product. Please use yocan.com/#support and urge your customers to keep their product packaging in order to verify the authenticity of their devices. We encourage all shop owners to open and test products before they leave your store. In the event of a defective product, in order to protect your reputation, you can handle problems before the customer leaves.

Please read the following items:

1. Product is Authorized and with Anti-counterfeit code is the necessary credentials that we provided for the products to guarantee a free After-sales service.

2. According to the principle of who sold the product is responsible for warranty, once there’s any quality problem, please contact the dealer with your Anti-counterfeit and receipt, the dealer will provide the service to you directly. And we will provide service support to the dealers.

3. If you are unable to reach your dealer to get the repair/replacement service, Yocan will take care of it.

USA customers: please contact to our after-sale email: Sales@YocanUSA.com, thanks;

Canada customer or a country other than the USA, please contact to service@yocantech.com. By the way, we not responsible for the shipping fee from China to your country ( the United States around 20usd per single package ), so you will need to pay the shipping fee, the replacement is free.

4. We promise, since the date of sale (based on the effective date on the bill, similarly hereinafter), if there’s a quality problem within 3 months from the date of sale, the customer will get a repair/replacement service for free.

5. The following circumstances can not enjoy warranty services:

1). Not Authentic or Without Product Anti-counterfeit code
2). Exceeded warranty period.
3). The damages caused by improper use, maintenance or custody.
4). The damages caused by the dismantle movement of a maintainer who do not bear warranty service.
5). The product is damaged due to force majeure.

6. If you bought vape device(s) from our distributor, we do NOT accept any refund. Anyway, we are happy to assist you to claim the warranty.

7. How to claim warranty from Yocan MFG?
Please fill out on Yocan Customer Care Form, and please send the receipt, the authentic code, the defect video to service@yocantech.com, our after-sale team will assist you. And due to all items being shipped from HK, the shipping fee will be charged.

The Yocan company enjoys the final interpretation rights of above items.
